Well I haven't heard back from the last buyer about the SoapForum sale so I have put it back up for sale.
The current stats of the forum are:

It is a pretty large forum so I'm sure it will sell, the current offer is $1200 on DigitalPoint.
I have the BIN set at $2500 which is what I was offered by a few people the last time I had it for sale, so hopefully it will reach that, although I am willing to take a little lower (Don't tell anyone else though).
